WHAT IS "GOOD COMPANY"?
‘Good Company’ is a perpetual art series originally created by Kai in
November ‘21.
Paying homage to life’s greatest pleasures; while curating a dining experience that deconstructs metaphysical moments into a physical artifact.

This 56-second film is about disbanding the hierarchies and rules that humans typically have over animals-
to establish an equal playing field
(dinner table + blank canvas) for “Good Company” to take place.
The goats and chickens that roam my farm in Michigan are invited to eat a home-cooked meal- completely guilt-free as they trample over the table leaving behind their permanent mark.
This visual story is told deprived of words & Dialogue
After the pristine presentation, movement, and chaos, we are left with a white canvas embellished with natural colors and tones all of which come from the earth & the food we eat.
Goals to push the boundaries of culinary presentation while fusing together tangible/ fleeting moments with a physical one-of-one artwork.

This 2-and-a-half-minute film is a performative art story about
a couple reclaiming their affinity for fleeting moments
& the necessities of life.
A multisensory story documenting their antics and emotions
as they take on color, texture, and form.
Working in symphony to leave their lasting trail behind,
all amongst a textile work itself.
All of which suggests an antagonism between
the pleasures of consumption and breaking down
ingredients across the dinner table.
A story told through a single frame VIA silhouette.
The dyad blows out the candles and walks out of the frame without
revealing themselves- leaving behind the tablecloth
which encapsulates their last encounter.
As the silhouette curtain drops, the tablecloth is simultaneously hoisted
above the table...
Spilling and lifting off any remaining dinnerwear and food.
Left with a multi-toned textile embellished with
natural colors and tones from food ingredients.

of the Good Company series…
A theatrical & interactive dining adventure.
Trippie performs the visualizer to his latest single “Took My Breath Away”
amongst a bottle of wine, zip full of backwoods, spaghetti bolognese,
espresso, pineapple Fanta and other miscellaneous dinner sides…
All of which, a pallet of colors for them to play with.
(006 Tablecloth) gets ashed, spilled
& embellished on throughout their interaction.
Consumed of themselves, They perform and confess their love in a
curated world of “good & evil” while passionately bantering
with each other.
Adorning, the stained tablecloth (006) which they ate on is
left behind to encapsulate their moment together.
